Where are the products made?
The wooden products are designed by me and handcrafted by a local woodcrafting artisan in the Netherlands.
Are you going to introduce new products?
Yes, definitely! We like to play around and make prototypes for fun. If anything is worthy enough to share with the climbing community, we’ll add it to our portfolio.
Where do you ship your products to?
We mainly ship to Europe! Heck if you live nearby, I’ll come bring it personally. If you do not live in Europe, but do want to get your hands on one of our products, it’s technically possible to send it anywhere. However, keep in mind that the shipping costs and possible taxes might not be what you bargained for.
Which shipping couriers do you use?
We usually look for the courier that offers the most economical and trustworthy shipping to your country. This depends on factors such as your location and the weight of the package. Typically these companies are DHL, PostNL, DPD. We find it important that your package includes tracking codes.
What about warranty?
We’re very confident that you won’t need one! The products are handcrafted to perfection with a lot of love. However, we won’t leave you hanging when you do run into problems. In the case you do run into problems, We’ll do whatever we can to find a suitable solution.
